Great trunk organizer especially for the price! I use mine in my Toyota Matrix hatchback. I have had mine for just over a year and is primarily used for securing groceries. When I need space it collapses down flat quick and easy but never collapses when not wanted. Mine worked flawlessly until yesterday when one of the side handle straps tore across a seam. I pulled up my purchase history to find the product and that it had a life time warranty.  Customer service response was near instantaneous with an email apologizing for strap and just requested I send back a picture of the torn strap and current address. Within an hour of sending the pic I received notification that a replacement with expedited shipping was on the way! Complete with tracking number and expected delivery in two days! I’m used to email responses for warranties taking a day for a response but in less than two hours I had a replacement on the way and I probably spent an hour of those two hours off line LOL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Organizer, Even Better Customer Outreach.

The TC Pro is sturdy and great for my vehicle applications. Working in IT and also being a hobbiest mechanic, it's important to me that my parts and tools which I use regularly are organized and easily accessible in my car. The Trunkcrate pro does a wonderful job.

I had a slight issue with the tolerances in the dividers, but luckily I don' t require these for my uses. Nevertheless, the vendor reached out to me and insisted on sending me replacements.

Pros:
- Collapsible
- Flexible
- Buckles offer alternative anchoring method to prevent sliding around in your trunk.
- Strong / durable materials.
- Fantastic customer support and warranty.

Cons:
- Slight tolerance issues in the dividers in my case, but I've been ensuredthat replacements can be provided at no cost to me at any time.

Bottom line, I would recommend this product.

Packaging:  what's to be expected. Up to par in a cardboard box with air pockets so it doesn't bounce around. The actual trunkcratepro is in breathable plastic wrap, which is more important then one would think.

Item: the item it's self is very simplistic in design yet elegant. It's a simple solution to the issue we all experience when driving. However the materials and actual build quality is quite spectacular regardless of the simplicity. The walls are very rigid and sturdy once opened. The modular design is especially helpful for holding smaller items or stand up items. The TrunkCratePro has a nice heft too it reinforcing the sturdy quality feel ofsaid product without being unweildly.

Use: personally I use it to store all car products I could possibly need.Instant detailer, window cleaner, micro fivers, you name it it's in there. The best part is it stays in place. Before the TrunkCratePro I didn't keep anything in my trunk. Honestly my WRX and spirited driving wouldn't let me. Most of you know that annoying feeling of hearing things roll around in your trunk when taking turn.

For the people who experience what I experience, simply out this is your solution. A sturdy quality and lifetime warranty assured Product, backed by the caring and excellent customer service of a family run business.

P.S. I don't have any issues with my TrunkCratePro, but considering the personal emails to assure that my product arrived without flaws only assures me that if for some reason I did have an issue it would be a lovely customer experience.
